Standard test reports are typically generated within 4 to 6 hours. However, specialized tests or culture-related screenings may require 24 to 48 hours for accurate processing and verification.
Payments for all diagnostic services must be cleared at the time of booking or sample collection. We accept cash at the counter and digital payments via UPI or QR codes. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless the test is cancelled by the lab.
Free home sample collection is available within specific limits of Jamui city. For locations beyond the standard service area, a nominal convenience fee may be applicable depending on the distance.
